Position Overview We are seeking a motivated

Outside Sales Representative

to grow our custom flag and banner business. This role focuses on building relationships, responding to incoming leads, and proactively developing new opportunities across residential, municipal, military, and commercial markets.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys meeting customers in person, solving visual branding and display challenges, and working with custom products. This is a Full-Time, In-Person position based in our Lynchburg, VA office.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with

residential, municipal, military, institutional and commercial customers

to identify project needs and recommend solutions

Respond promptly to incoming sales leads and inquiries

Prospect and develop new business opportunities

Prepare and deliver accurate product quotes and proposals

Learn and confidently present our extensive custom product line

Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and options based on installation environment and project goals

Coordinate pricing and sourcing with vendors

Collaborate with our in-house custom design team to ensure project success and fulfillment

Conduct site visits when necessary to evaluate project requirements

Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business

Manage pipeline and sales activities using Zoho CRM and SAGE BusinessWorks

Qualifications

3+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to understand and sell custom or project-based products

Comfortable working with a diverse customer base including municipalities and commercial clients

Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Preferred Experience (not required but helpful)

Experience in signage, printing, construction, municipal sales, or promotional products

Familiarity with graphic design basics and/or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop

Experience responding to RFQs or municipal bid opportunities
