Overview
The objective of the Account Executive is simple: to bring new business to BambooHR. You will educate prospective clients on the BambooHR platform, build relationships with HR professionals, department leaders, and executives, and demonstrate the potential ROI BambooHR can provide to convert prospects into new clients. We have a proven B2B SaaS sales process and a unique sales culture. You will be part of a team that makes a meaningful impact in our clients’ work lives. Maintain large pipeline coverage and manage the entire pipeline. Receive extensive and specialized SE and Product Marketing support. Contact leads generated from white papers. Sales are conducted via web conference and phone with no travel necessary. What You Need to Get the Job Done
1+ years of SaaS SDR or related Sales experience (SaaS sales experience a plus). Track record of exceeding expectations. A desire to have a successful career in sales. Ability to articulate BambooHR’s value proposition to SMB via webinars, online demos, phone, and email. Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills. Great attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for growth. What Will Make Us REALLY Love You
