In this role, you’ll respond to inbound calls from prospective customers, consult on their needs, and confidently recommend insurance solutions that fit—while earning uncapped incentives tied directly to your performance.
What You’ll Do
Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering customer data, generating quotes, and binding policies
Make outbound calls when needed to maximize sales opportunities
Deliver exceptional customer service while educating customers on coverage and cost
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Navigate multiple computer systems while maintaining seamless customer interactions
Minimum
1 year of sales experience
Active Arizona Resident Property & Casualty license
(required)
Proven success meeting sales quotas and performance metrics
Strong closing and influencing skills
Eligibility to obtain non-resident P&C licenses in required states
Compensation and Schedule
Guaranteed base pay:
$43,056 – $50,835 annually
Uncapped performance incentives:
Average performers earn up to
$27,300
additional annually
Top performers consistently earn
up to $75,000+
on top of base pay

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MST
Initial training may require in-office attendance (based on business needs)
Post-Training Schedule
Hybrid:
Monday–Wednesday: In office
Thursday–Friday: Work from home
Department Hours
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM MST
Rotational Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM MST
