
SolomonEdwards is partnering with a leading, nationwide mortgage lender to identify Customer Experience Specialists supporting consumer direct lending. You will act as the primary consumer contact to guide a consumer through the loan origination process after the licensed discussion with a loan officer.
What You’ll Do:
Operate in a call center environment as a customer success advocate
Answer high-volume inbound calls and/or texts from current customers in a timely and professional manner
Perform routine data entry and data validation tasks with a high level of accuracy
Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat inquiries from internal employees, consumers, and authorized third parties
Partner with multiple internal departments to help expedite processing and resolve issues
Follow established procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s culture and core values
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
General understanding of federal, state, and local mortgage regulations is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
Initial Compensation & Benefits (Contract Phase):
Pay rate
$23/hour , plus 1.5x overtime pay over 40 hours

This position has a consistently high, on-time conversion rate for contractors who meet performance expectations. At 800 hours (~5.5 months), our contractors are eligible to become permanent employees.
