Open position in all Coegi office locations including Kansas City, MO, Columbia, MO, St. Louis MO, and Minneapolis, MN; Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

The Account Manager is responsible for the digital health and operations of campaigns on display, video, social and native channels. They are the day-to-day contact for client communication of RFPs, campaign goals, objectives, project management deadlines and performance with Coegi's digital media campaigns. An Account Manager must manage campaign workflow in conjunction with the Programmatic, Search and Social Media Departments.
Responsibilities
Monitor activation and pacing of a campaign portfolio across all programmatic, search and social platforms.
Review status and performance of campaigns with the client on a regular basis.
Respond to RFPs of current clients with best-in-class proposals.
Respond to client emails and phone calls within one business day.
Responsible for the project management of the client business, setting turnaround times and meeting deadlines through the use of Asana.
Actively participate in trainings across technology platforms.
Provide expertise and research to Account Strategy Director and Business Development on new business calls and client presentations.
Promote the external marketing of Coegi by developing timely blogs, white papers and case studies.
Assist in training of new employees, in conjunction with the Leadership Team.
Qualifications
Self-starter that takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing.
Familiarity with project management and delivering to client deadlines.
Must be able to multitask, be detail oriented, organized and analytical.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines.
At least one year of professional experience, preferably within digital advertising and can be an internship experience.
Experience developing relationships with clients or developing partnerships with other companies and vendors.
Experience with digital media, with a history of working with any of the following platforms: The Trade Desk, DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, or other digital media technology.
Education
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, degree or concentration in marketing, communications, business or advertising preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
