Overview
Spectra Fine Jewelry is hiring a polished, camera-comfortable team member to help present high-ticket luxury jewelry online and support day-to-day showroom operations. This role is part content, part showroom, part admin. You’ll be on camera regularly and must be comfortable modeling jewelry (hands/wrist/neck) in short-form video. You’ll also handle basic office/admin tasks and help keep things organized. Bilingual/trilingual is a major plus — Russian strongly preferred due to client demand. Compensation
Base salary + commission/bonus. Because we sell expensive jewelry, strong performers can earn commissions that significantly exceed base salary. Comfortable on camera (Reels/Stories/product videos; sometimes speaking to camera) Flexible “get it done” attitude — helps wherever needed Discreet and responsible (high-value inventory environment) Basic computer skills (email, Docs/Sheets/Excel, simple CRM notes, file organization) What you’ll do
Film and appear in product videos; model jewelry (hands/wrist/neck) Help post consistently; basic editing (CapCut/InShot is fine) Showroom + client support
Support private client appointments and sales Assist with follow-ups (text/email/DM) and keep organized notes
Admin + office support
Packing/shipping coordination support and daily operations
