Generate and qualify high-value opportunities by building authentic relationships with homeowners, developers, real estate partners, architects, and referral partners while protecting the brand’s positioning, expanding the firm’s presence, and stewarding our purpose-led posture. This is not a high-volume call-center sales role. This is a relationship-first, credibility-driven position located In-Studio with a large amount of time spent in the field on outreach, discovery, lead generation, and nurturing long-term relationships. What Success Looks Like

Consistent pipeline of qualified premium leads Strong referral partnerships established and nurtured Discovery calls that feel consultative, not transactional Seamless handoff to Design + Leadership Brand presence that reflects elegance, confidence, and warmth Accurate CRM tracking and follow-up discipline Key Responsibilities

Relationship Development Cultivate relationships with high net worth homeowners, realtors, builders, developers, architects, and trade partners Attend industry events and represent the brand with confidence and polish Follow up timely, non-aggressively, and thoughtfully Lead Qualification Conduct discovery conversations to assess project scope, budget alignment, timeline, and decision authority Educate prospects on process and the value they are receiving Protect designers’ time by qualifying correctly Track all activity in the CRM timely, with precision and accuracy Maintain accurate notes, next steps, and follow-ups Coordinate warm handoffs to design leadership and client experience team Brand Stewardship Speak fluently to the firm’s mission, process, and positioning Maintain tone aligned with a luxury experience: calm, confident, refined Never oversell or pressure Qualifications

Required Thrives at initiating conversations and building your own book of business with affluent clientele Warm and engaging without being overbearing; building trust quickly Moves deals forward, doesn't stall, can sell intangibles and create safety Respects brand standards, follow-up urgency, and process discipline 5+ years of experience in consultative selling Proficiency in CRM software, Scorecard management, and KPI dashboards Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, refined confidence, curious and not pushy Preferred 2-5 years in luxury services; real estate, design, hospitality, or advisory sales Experience with longer sales cycles, in design-led firms, via a consultative sales experience Comfortable with complex scopes, sensitive clients, and prestige environments Listens deeply, is process-oriented, and excels in high-touch service models How to Apply
