— Full Time The Pet Hospitals Poplar At Massey and The Pet Hospitals Lakeland offer a Thrive Pet Healthcare opportunity where you will support and lead clinical teams, drive positive change, and foster an exceptional culture with high standards of patient and client care. You will partner with the practice manager and leadership team to develop strategies, implement improvements, and guide the hospital toward excellence while supporting staff development. About the Hospital
The Pet Hospitals Poplar at Massey and The Pet Hospitals Lakeland are general medicine practices located in Memphis, Tennessee focusing on wellness exams, vaccinations, microchip implantation, puppy/kitten care, senior care, in-house diagnostics and laboratory, spay/neuter, mass removal, and other general practice services. We pride ourselves on compassionate, professional teams and our commitment to providing exceptional healthcare for pets and helping people make informed decisions about their pets’ health. We value a healthy work-life balance and a local feel supported by Thrive’s national resources. We are open Monday – Friday 7:00am – 6:00pm, and Saturday – Sunday 8:00am – 2:00pm. Serving East Memphis and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
Provide leadership to veterinarians at your hospital toward achieving medical excellence and enhancing patient care and outcomes in collaboration with practice managers and hospital leadership. Support and mentor veterinarians to develop clinical skills and advance their careers through leadership resources and mentorship programs. Drive positive change, growth, and strategic initiatives to uphold high standards of care and client service. Collaborate with hospital leadership to implement improvements that align with Thrive Pet Healthcare’s resources and best practices. Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD or equivalent degree required. State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state of hire prior to start date. Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible. Compensation & Benefits
