We want our affiliates and ambassadors to feel supported, encouraged, and genuinely connected to Cords Club. This role is about relationships first, revenue second. About the Role About the Role

We're looking for an Affiliate & Brand Ambassador Coordinator to build, scale, and manage our affiliate program. This role is responsible for recruiting creators, customers, and influencers, onboarding and training them, managing ongoing relationships, and driving measurable revenue through commission-based partnerships, bonuses, and gifting. This person will own the affiliate channel end-to-end and play a key role in expanding Cords Club's creator community. This role is based in our Springville, Utah office 4 days per week. Affiliate & Influencer Recruitment

Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with Cords Club's brand and audience Communicate commission structures, cash bonuses, gifting, and campaign incentives Program Management & Growth

Build and manage the affiliate program infrastructure (links, codes, tracking, payouts) Develop scalable systems for onboarding, communication, and performance tracking Optimize commission tiers and incentives to drive performance Creator Training & Support

Educate affiliates and our content creator team on brand guidelines, content best practices, and promotional strategies Track and communicate top-performing creative, emerging online trends, creative examples, and seasonal, product, and launch updates to affiliates and content creators Help move our top performing affiliates flow into our standard content creator program Help move our content creators from our standard content creator program into our affiliate program Provide creative direction to help creators struggling to make sales to emulate content that is performing well while maintaining authentic creator voices Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates and ambassadors Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor affiliate performance (sales, engagement, ROI) Identify top-performing creators and scale those relationships Report on channel growth, revenue contribution, and campaign results Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with creators Manage ongoing communication, campaigns, launches, and promotions Ensure timely payouts, bonuses, and gifting fulfillment Qualifications

2+ years experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or brand ambassador management (DTC preferred) Strong understanding of influencer platforms and affiliate tools Experience working with brand ambassadors and influencers from other brands Proven ability to recruit and manage creators at scale Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize results Experience as a content creator/influencer is a strong plus
