V97550## **Here is what you need to know about the job:****Summary:**Designer for emerging children’s wear brand, managed by leading global vendor agent.In addition to leading design, this role is the key US-based point person for the brand-agent relationship. Clear communication between brand and all internal cross-functional teams is critical.**Responsibilities:*** Design monthly deliveries for kids’ brand, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetic and price point requirements. Design all apparel & accessories categories, all genders.* Create 3-D look sketches, colorways, and print concepts for apparel, graphics, and trims using proprietary AI app and Adobe software* Create detailed tech pack and BOM in Excel for selected silhouettes, including print placement/technique and all component materials. Coordinate with PD & TD overseas, updating tech pack details as needed* Maintain accurate linesheet of proposed & adopted styles.* Travel and prepare sample physical presentations at brand’s office* Communicate all comments, updates, and feedback from sample review to cross-functional partners clearly & quickly. Promptly respond to follow up questions to ensure the comments are understood & applied correctly.* Conduct market research and create reports relevant to brand’s identity & seasonal direction* Present design ideations, market research, fabric sourcing to external brand leadership* Manage all categories and seasons simultaneously while meeting deadline**Compensation & Benefits*** Annual base salary range: $130,000 – $140,000
