Overview

We are seeking a highly reliable, proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to provide primary support for a member of the firm’s senior leadership team, while also supporting the firm as needed. This is a high-trust, relationship-driven role that blends coordination, administrative support, and light business operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates excellent judgment and discretion, and enjoys creating structure and consistency across competing priorities. This role requires strong organization, flexibility, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset. Responsibilities

Manage complex daily schedules and coordination needs across professional and personal commitments Coordinate appointments, transportation logistics, and day-to-day organization Respond calmly and effectively to time-sensitive changes and shifting priorities Coordinate vendors, services, and external partners as needed Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues Maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment Provide administrative and operational support across the firm as needed Assist with expense tracking, light bookkeeping support, and reconciliation Coordinate travel planning and logistics Support document organization and operational workflows Assist with special projects and ad hoc needs at the discretion of firm leadership Qualifications

Experience supporting individuals or environments requiring a high level of trust, discretion, and adaptability, including high-touch or private support settings Experience coordinating logistics, schedules, and day-to-day operational needs in a service-oriented environment Comfort operating in dynamic environments where needs may shift quickly and sound judgment is required High level of reliability, flexibility, and professionalism Demonstrated ability to manage complex, fast-moving priorities with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with strong follow-through and accountability Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Strong problem-solving skills and independent judgment Comfort supporting both personal logistics and light business or administrative tasks Experience with basic bookkeeping, expense management, or administrative operations preferred but not required Work Schedule & Expectations

Full-time, hourly position Onsite and local availability required Flexibility in schedule may be required based on business and personal needs EEO Statement
