Develop and manage a business development manager sales structure and recapture specialist program Refine existing recapture and conversion programs while developing new initiatives to grow service business Build and maintain relationships with key customers and consultants while identifying new opportunities Collaborate with headquarters to leverage marketing and sales programs to drive sales Manage national account RFPs and provide support for local RFPs Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferred Proven sales management experience Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation abilities Preferred Qualifications
