We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to deliver excellent customer service while supporting sales growth through strong relationships with our wholesale customers. Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates accurately Conduct outbound calls to existing wholesale customers to capture orders Build and maintain strong customer relationships Support trade shows and promotional activities Maintain accurate records and reports in CRM systems Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or account management Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills Experience with inbound and outbound calls Strong attention to detail and organization. What We Offer
