Translate the CEO’s strategic vision and leadership priorities into compelling communication strategies and deliverables Draft, edit, and refine speeches, blogs, internal communications, executive memos, and thought leadership content Partner with Marketing to execute communication plans that strengthen the CEO’s and ACECO’s brand presence Manage media and PR coordination, including interviews, features, and speaking engagements Oversee CEO podcasts and book-related projects, including research, scheduling, editing, and publishing logistics Lead project and program management for CEO-led initiatives, maintaining accountability, timelines, and cross-functional alignment Research topics, synthesize insights, and shape narratives that connect strategy, culture, and innovation Maintain libraries of executive bios, headshots, and media assets; ensure all content remains polished and on-brand What You’ll Need

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, executive-level content development, or thought leadership Proven success crafting executive or senior-leader communications across multiple platforms Experience managing cross-functional projects and working closely with leadership teams or C-level executives Background in publishing, podcast production, or creative content development preferred Skills & Knowledge

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling ability with a proven capacity to capture and refine another person’s voice Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail Experience coordinating media relations, PR activities, and executive visibility initiatives Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in executive-level communications Confident representing executive leadership internally and externally Key Attributes

Strategic thinker with strong editorial judgment Intellectually curious, well-read, and articulate Highly adaptable, proactive, and polished under pressure Results-oriented with strong follow-through Collaborative, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Requirements
