Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Proposals teams Assist with preparing and organizing sales documentation, proposals, and customer records Support bid list registrations, customer prequalification requests, and related tracking Maintain and update customer information, files, and sales documentation in internal systems Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams via phone and email Track deadlines, follow up on required information, and ensure timely responses Assist with data entry, reporting, and general sales-related administrative tasks Support continuous improvement of sales processes and documentation accuracy What We're Looking For
Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Associate degree or coursework in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred 13 years of administrative, sales support, or customer service experience preferred Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment is a plus Skills & Attributes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with data, documentation, and internal systems Dependable, self-motivated, and collaborative Aligned with ACECO's mission, values, and GRIT culture Requirements
