
Our client, a large NJ-based corporation, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their staff. This is a contract opportunity covering a maternity-leave, but providing full-time hours. The current office schedule is a hybrid 3-2 split.
Responsibilities
Partner with the Marketing team and external agencies to design and execute residential and commercial campaigns that increase lead generation and customer engagement.
Develop content for direct mail, email, newsletters, collateral, and customer case studies (written and video), including organic social posts and sponsorship materials.
Coordinate monthly department meetings, including agenda development, presentation creation, scheduling, speaker coordination, leadership updates and IT alignment.
Equip the outreach team with tailored marketing materials (e.g., inventory and giveaway management), and presentations to support program promotion.
Support planning and execution of semi annual/quarterly Utility Marketing Peer Group meetings, including agenda creation, scheduling, invitations, and surveys. Including monthly Peer Group connects and updates.
Produce materials and track assets supporting community based organization initiatives, including cobranded collateral, seasonal content, and customized digital lead form development.
Develop PowerPoint presentations for the management team and manage the review process.
Export digital leads from social media/advertising channels, prepare data to connect leads to customer accounts for energy consultant follow-up and import into the CRM.
Manage marketing project timelines and deliverables, overseeing campaign development, approvals, and stakeholder review processes.
Collaborate with vendors on printing/production/mail houses, fulfillment, and inventory management for marketing collateral—ensuring timelines, quality, and brand consistency.
Position Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.
2+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, agency environment or equivalent.
Strong written, verbal, and communication skills; experience with content development, marketing channels, and project management.
Highly organized and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working within CRM and project management platforms a plus.
Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
