The Superintendent will oversee the ground-up construction of luxury custom homes in the $10M+ range in West Palm Beach. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage complex builds while delivering exceptional quality, schedule, and client experience. Lead day-to-day on-site construction activities for ground-up custom homes

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, and design teams

Enforce safety standards, quality control, and project schedules

Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure accuracy and constructability

Manage inspections, punch lists, and final turnover to ownership

Maintain clear communication with ownership and internal project teams

Profile

Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up custom homes valued around $10M+

Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, architectural details, and complex residential builds

Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings and specifications

Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

Local South Florida / Palm Beach County experience preferred
