What You’ll Do
Build relationships with business owners and service professionals in the Charlotte area.
Present tailored marketing solutions and close service agreements.
Manage client communication and follow-ups.
Participate in local events and networking opportunities to represent Donau Marketing.
Contribute ideas and feedback to help shape our growing U.S. operation.
What We Offer
Base pay:
$500/week during the 90-day trial period, increasing to $700/week after onboarding.
High commissions:
8–15% on new sales + 3% renewal commissions on returning clients.
Annual income potential:
starting at
$100,000+ , combining base pay and average commission results.
No commission cap
– your income grows with your results.
Family-friendly working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
401(k) Retirement Plan
Health insurance
coverage available after the introductory period.
Paid Time Off:
10 vacation days per year.
13 paid holidays
per year.
Summer Fridays:
early finish at 2 PM from June through August.
Interesting events and networking participation
as part of your role.
