Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating potential product needs and making appropriate recommendations. Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions. Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay bills in the store. Answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests. Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Maintain expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Meet goals and metrics. Contribute to a fun and competitive environment that connects products and services to customers’ everyday lives. What You Will Need To Have
High School Diploma or equivalent Generally 2-5 years related experience; consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience preferred Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and to stand and move about the store constantly Perks And Benefits
