About The Role Our Digital Sales Representatives play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be motivated by targeting Enterprise business with our key messaging, partnering with Field and Pre‑sales teams to develop target account strategies, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking net new meetings. You would be joining an experienced, dynamic and collaborative team who are passionate about Omada and how we empower organizations to build high levels of trust in their identities.
Responsibilities
Cover DACH source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound prospecting, utilising all resources available
Understand customer needs and requirements. Help identify, qualify and quantify (where possible) the problem a prospect has we are an option to solve.
Route well qualified opportunities (why do anything, why now and why Omada) to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Book net new meetings and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Contribute as part of a virtual team with field & channel sales to build pipeline and develop identified target accounts
Be able to work autonomously from home
Requirements
Proven Sales and Business Development experience
Track record of over‑achieving on targets
Strong phone presence and experience of multi‑channel reach out
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, 6sense & Lusha or similar
Excellent verbal and written communications skills - German & English
Strong listening and presentation skills
Demonstrate ability to multi‑task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
