Responsibilities
Canvass assigned neighborhoods by going door-to-door to engage homeowners in Traverse City
Offer
free roof and siding inspections
to identify storm or weather-related damage
Educate homeowners on the inspection process and potential insurance-covered repairs
Assist homeowners through the
insurance claims process , from inspection to approval
Schedule inspections and follow up with homeowners throughout the sales process
Accurately document customer information and inspection results
Maintain a professional, friendly, and trustworthy presence as a representative of Mills Siding & Roofing
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face customer interactions
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation and smartphone required
Sales experience is a plus, but
not required
