What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement strategies to achieve short and long-term business objectives
Conduct field visits and meetings to train and develop employees in sales skills and product knowledge
Coordinate sales efforts and communicate corporate goals
Direct and motivate personnel to achieve unit and revenue goals
Recruit and interview candidates to maintain a strong personnel "bench" and meet diversity goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively by car and plane
Ability to lift 20 pounds and work in various physical conditions, including exposure to radiation
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with peers and co-workers
Experience in developing ethical, long-term customer relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Successful medical sales record, preferably with healthcare technology products
Experience with sales and personnel management functions
Knowledge of the assigned product/therapy customer base
Additional experience in marketing, training, technical services, or related areas
Prior experience with the employer or similar organizations
