Commercial Credit Consultant

to join our Consulting Practice focused on Business and Technology Transformation in the wholesale lending industry. In this role, you will design and implement transformative business changes that enhance operations and client experiences, particularly for large wholesale lenders aiming to modernize processes and technology. Your Responsibilities: Support Commercial Credit Transformation programs, including strategy development, operating model achievements, and tech implementation. Design innovative experiences and platforms tailored for commercial lending clients. Oversee project delivery and development of client solutions. Source and coordinate inputs from internal teams. Contribute to the development of next-generation wholesale credit technology offerings. Establish trust with C-suite clients to address critical business challenges. Willingness to travel up to 80% within the United States and Canada. Qualifications: At least 3 years of relevant experience in technology or management consulting, with a strong background in engagement management and business development. A minimum of 2 years in the commercial credit industry (sales, underwriting, servicing, portfolio management). Experience delivering nCino or Salesforce projects for commercial lending. A Bachelor's degree is required. Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with other commercial lending platforms such as Moody's, Blooma, or Built. Certifications in nCino or Salesforce. Proficiency in French. An advanced degree or financial industry certifications. Experience in developing next-generation analytical capabilities for commercial lending. Professional Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to teamwork and collaboration, demonstrated in both military and civilian contexts. Salary ranges may vary based on various factors including location, role, skill set, and experience.
