Staying informed about current promotions and product displays. Assisting with merchandising and maintaining store organization and cleanliness. Efficiently handling sales transactions while maintaining clear accountability for cash and media. Participating in personal skill development through collaboration with the leadership team. Completing all opening and closing procedures per company standards. Adhering to local, federal, and company policies and procedures. Maintaining a high standard of individual work quality, attendance, and appearance. Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience. Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
