As a

Part Time Key Holder , you will play a vital role in creating an unforgettable in-store experience for our customers at Boot Barn. You will engage with customers, providing exceptional service while supporting and leading your fellow store partners. Your actions will reflect Boot Barn's Mission and Values, showcasing your expertise in sales, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale operations. You will work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive sales initiatives, support team development, and assist with various operational tasks. Together, we strive to make a positive impact while supporting one another in our roles. Key Responsibilities: Foster a customer-centric and sales-driven culture that builds lasting relationships. Become knowledgeable about our product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Achieve measurable sales goals, including units per transaction and customer engagement metrics. Stay informed about current merchandise promotions and assist in maintaining merchandising standards. Help with processing new merchandise and monitoring stock levels on the sales floor. Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain accountability at the point-of-sale registers. Work closely with store leadership to develop skills and improve performance metrics. Complete all required opening and closing procedures. Follow company policies and legal regulations in all store operations. Perform any additional duties as assigned by management. Maintain a high standard of work quality, attendance, and personal appearance. Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills. Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Demands & Work Environment: This role may require you to stand, walk, and squat for over fifty percent of your shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
