About the Role As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. You will guide them through every stage of their CarMax journey, ensuring a smooth and seamless process. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various teams will be essential in creating positive experiences for customers as they buy and sell cars. Your Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers throughout their journey, from sales and appraisals to test drives and financing applications. Perform vehicle condition assessments, relaying critical information to Buyers to facilitate accurate appraisals. Receive and check in vehicles shipped to CarMax; complete daily scanning and reconcile vehicle inventory. Conduct cosmetic inspections to ensure all vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards. Handle various administrative tasks, such as printing reports, maintaining paperwork, and managing finance company communications regarding customer contracts. Create service appointments and verify repair order invoices for retail service work, ensuring all documentation is accurate for billing purposes. You will manage multiple responsibilities with limited supervision, including vehicle sales, processing paperwork, and assessing vehicles for appraisals. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred experience in sales and customer service, particularly in retail. Valid Driver's License required. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is preferred.
