What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Connect with potential customers by handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text
Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong customer relationships and applying consultative sales techniques
Communicate the value and benefits of insurance products while addressing customer questions
Leverage qualified leads and execute follow-up to guide customers through the sales funnel
Collaborate with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure a smooth experience
Qualifications
At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Active P&C license in your current state of residence
Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
Ability to build trust quickly through clear, confident communication
Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software
Preferred Qualifications
Prior insurance sales experience with an active license and continuing education
Strong sales experience from other industries
Licensed in California
Surplus Lines License
