What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, and text to recommend tailored insurance solutions
Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships and utilizing effective sales techniques
Communicate the value of insurance products while addressing customer questions confidently
Leverage company-provided leads and conduct follow-ups to guide customers through the sales funnel
Collaborate with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
At least 6 months of Property & Casualty insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Active Property & Casualty license in your current state of residence
Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
Ability to build trust quickly through clear and confident communication
Proficient with CRM systems and telephone software, managing multiple platforms simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior insurance sales experience (even if not recent) with an active license and continuing education
Strong sales experience from other industries
Licensed in California
Surplus Lines License
