Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, and text to assess their needs and recommend insurance solutions

Meet or exceed sales targets by developing strong customer relationships and utilizing consultative sales techniques

Communicate the value of insurance products clearly while addressing customer inquiries confidently

Utilize qualified leads from the marketing team and follow up to guide customers through the sales process

Collaborate with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a sales environment

Active P&C license in your current state of residence

Proven track record of closing sales and meeting performance targets

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly

Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software

Preferred Qualifications

Prior insurance sales experience with an active license and continuing education

Strong sales experience from other industries

Licensed in California

Surplus Lines License
