The

Rare Disease Account Manager

is responsible for developing a business plan to maximize sales of TARPEYO within their territory, aligning with leadership and company policies. You Will:

Meet or exceed sales, KPIs, and marketing objectives Promote and educate healthcare professionals about the product using approved resources Maintain ethical sales practices and compliance Develop and execute effective call plans Handle objections and build customer relationships Stay informed about market, competitors, and disease states Share market insights to optimize strategies Communicate product value effectively Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers Deliver brand messaging both in person and virtually Travel within the territory as needed Accurately report activities and expenses Qualifications

Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree At least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with two in specialty/hospital sales Experience in nephrology or rare/orphan drugs Proficiency with specialty drugs and launch experience Strong performance record and scientific expertise Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel approximately 60% HCIR credentialing compliance Additional Information
