Territory Sales - Commercial Playgrounds & Recreation Sales Our client is a leading manufacturer of outdoor recreation and fitness equipment. Seeking Outside Sales Representatives that are extremely driven by selling a product they can be excited and passionate about within their set/protected territory. Target focus includes but not limited to: Architectural Contractors, Landscape Contractors, Builders, Housing Complexes/Builders, and Schools/Education (Day Care, K-12+), Fitness Facilities, Recreation Centers and Retail. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be prospecting in the field for new prospects as well as building existing relationships (home office). Presentations are made to small and large clients (Lunch and Learns); therefore you possess strong presentation skills. Candidates must be comfortable selling a complex product as well as a longer sales cycle. Territory includes all of NE Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Min. 5+ years’ B2B outside consultative sales within construction, playground/outdoor recreation, architecture and/or building supply industry Experience selling into government, education and/or parks & recreation industries Seeking sales backgrounds with experience selling new business as well as relationship sales Knowledge/understanding of construction plans/drawings a plus Excellent presentation skills (small and large groups) Documented Sales Success of meeting and achieving sales goals Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred) Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to travel within territory up to 75% Base Salary $65,000 - $70,000 (based on market and experience) Year 1 @ plan to $100,000+ Uncapped Commissions Expenses: Phone, Mileage and travel expenses Full Benefits Package, 401K Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
