Prepare and coordinate commercial product quotes in support of sales and customer requests Maintain pricing, product, and customer information to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines Process and track sales-related documentation, including quotes, orders, and supporting materials Serve as a point of contact for internal sales teams regarding quote status, pricing details, and administrative support Collaborate across functions to resolve pricing, order, or documentation issues What is Required

Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, quoting, or related business operations Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively support cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accuracy under deadlines How to Stand Out
