What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead and drive independent manufacturers’ representatives to achieve budget and grow wholesale customers
Develop account planning with major customers utilizing customer‑focused selling skills
Participate in the development of sales strategy with the corporate sales team to meet assigned goals
Supervise sales activities in the assigned territory to ensure sales goals are achieved
Provide customer service support, including post‑sales assistance and technical expertise
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 2 years of experience in a regional management role with rep management experience
Experience in the Commercial and Residential lighting industry
Familiarity with the Multi‑Family / Multi‑Tenant building industry is beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Ability to adapt to market disruptions and motivate a team of independent manufacturer's representatives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the Residential Showroom Industry
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior experience working with independent customers, wholesalers, and manufacturers across multi‑product categories
