What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote the full range of asset management capabilities to institutional prospects and clients
Acquire new business and service existing accounts within an assigned geographic territory
Collaborate with portfolio managers, client service staff, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
Supervise the day-to-day work of junior employees as needed
Demonstrate strong performance results with complex accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
Typically a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10 or more years of experience in portfolio management, sales, marketing, or relationship management with institutional clients
Must be FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 licensed or complete testing within 90 days of start date
In-depth knowledge of the firm’s products and services
Strong relationship management and business development skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification
Capital Markets knowledge and experience
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to effectively manage customer relationships
