Grow the market share of medical products within the defined geographic area and achieve or exceed sales quotas
Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare sector, including hospital staff and administrators
Keep CRM software updated with relevant information and provide product demonstrations and support
Communicate effectively between sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience
Analyze and present field sales data to assist with strategic planning and implementation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Biology, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical industry and medical device sales required
Proven sales background with a strong performance record
Direct sales training and experience in the medical device industry required
Applicants must currently reside in the state of Arizona
