The Lead Avature Consultant serves as a strategic technical expert, specializing in the design, configuration, and optimization of cutting-edge Avature solutions. This role is essential for ensuring the platform's functionality, compliance, and scalability, thereby supporting enterprise-level talent acquisition and HR processes.

Compensation:
$80 - $90 / hr. W2 Key Responsibilities: Advanced Configuration & Architecture Design customized portals, workflows, and wizards tailored to business needs. Set up datasets, data models, and dependency analyzers to maintain system integrity. Implement GDPR-compliant data privacy settings and security measures. System Administration & Security Oversee roles, permissions, and security profiles to ensure compliance and access control. Manage token handling and set up integration security protocols. Integration & Data Management Support and maintain integrations through Avature Import Services and other APIs. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems. Process Optimization Review current processes and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency. Act as a trusted advisor on advanced Avature capabilities and industry best practices. Reporting & Analytics Create advanced reports and dashboards to drive actionable insights. Encourage data-driven decision-making with prompt and accurate reporting. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to align configurations with business goals. Provide training and support to internal teams on advanced platform features. Required Experience: Avature Level 4 Certification (Subject Matter Expert). Proven experience in advanced Avature configuration and administration. Thorough understanding of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR). Expertise in system integrations, security management, and workflow optimization. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred.
