Responsibilities

Answer inbound client calls and chats, addressing a range of inquiries from routine questions to complex issues

Serve as a resource on operations, policy, and procedure information for associates and clients

Act as the initial point of contact for reported fraud and forgery, documenting activity and taking appropriate action

Identify cross-sales opportunities through client profiles and promote Bank products to clients

Maintain high client service standards and utilize Bank tools to provide timely and accurate resolutions

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 1 year of call center or customer service experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of PC-based software and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong keyboard skills and ability to display professionalism while interacting with others

Must be willing to undergo background checks prior to employment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous call center experience

Bachelor’s degree

Experience in the Financial Services industry

Bilingual (Spanish) skills
