Our client is looking for a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join their team, covering the Upper Midwest region, including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois. This role involves engaging with maintenance, purchasing, sales, and decision-makers to drive sales growth for a comprehensive line of conveyor belt products and fabrication capabilities. Responsibilities
Manage a specified territory with daily and overnight travel. Cultivate relationships with existing customers and canvass for new ones. Educate customers on products and assist with problem-solving for challenging applications. Maintain accurate records of sales calls and marketing ideas. Train customers on the company’s offerings to meet their specific needs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and related field sales experience preferred. Strong understanding of distribution and OEM markets related to conveyor belts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently. A good driving record and responsible use of company resources. Our client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including 401K participation, healthcare, a company car, laptop, PTO, and a cellphone. This position provides a base salary plus commission, offering unlimited earning potential in a fast-paced environment.
