Role Summary

This role is responsible for the tasks associated with reviewing, processing and support of physical and media warranty parts requests from Canadian dealers. The tasks include receiving, handling, processing, storing, analysis, tracking, reporting and disposal of all warranty parts. Communicating with Canadian dealers via email or telephone. This role interacts with dealers when discrepancies are noticed while inspecting and processing warranty parts and proactively takes corrective actions to provide a positive experience for the dealers. If necessary, this role ensures that claims are charged back after the inspection of warranty parts. This role oversees the procurement of all warranty parts—and charge-back of claims related to parts requested by the Warranty Parts Return Center and ensures that claim charge-backs are accepted and implemented when the claim is paid. This role also handles and stores the warranty part after pre-analysis for various Warranty Parts Return Center (WPRC) customers that include Product Support, Quality Engineers, Suppliers, Factory, and Emissions Laboratory. This role also ensures proper disposal/scrap of warranty parts on completion of inspection or as directed by the supervisor. This role is the primary contact responsible for responding and taking action on all incoming electronic and telephonic communication to the Warranty Parts Return Center (WPRC) from Canadian Dealers. This position is the prime contact for the Warranty Helplines and acts as the subject matter expert for warranty part return inquiries from *** and Audi Warranty Helpline/Warranty Support Specialists. This role monitors the WPRC mailboxes and takes necessary action on the e-mails received by WPRC. It also ensures that dealers are provided with responses in a timely manner by maintaining a one business day initial response rate***. This role provides necessary training and coaching to the Canadian *** and Audi Dealers, field staff, and corporate employees on appealing Warranty decisions, submission/re-submission requirements, Warranty Policy related to Parts Replacement under Warranty with the help of the Warranty Parts Systems and Dealer Support Supervisor. This role takes corrective actions on various error logs, shipping label discrepancies, and other scheduled reports. Education

Required: High school Diploma or some College French language fluency, preferred Quebec French Working knowledge of automotive after sales processes or equivalent experience Associates Degree (or advanced) Skills Required

3-5 Years of Automotive Service, Parts, or Warranty experience Warehousing and/or Logistics Experience Understating of Automotive Warranty Procedures Analytical thinking Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, Parts Catalogs) Problem Solving Ability to move automotive parts up to 50 lbs.
