Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts to facilitate successful transactions Research market conditions, property values, and financing options to provide informed advice Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices Utilize marketing strategies and social media to promote listings and attract potential buyers and sellers
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri or ability to obtain one prior to employment Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and a desire to build a successful career Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and local market trends preferred Proficiency with technology, including CRM software, MLS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to providing excellent customer service Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to attend client meetings and property showings
