I am working with a HNW family with a main residence in Greenwich, CT and a further property in Millbrook, CT. The family is looking for a Executive/Personal Assistant with around 4-5 years' experience who can grow with the family and further their responsibilities over the course of the next few years.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Complex Calendar & Scheduling
Manage multiple calendars — business meetings, personal commitments, family events.
Prioritize and reschedule appointments dynamically.
Anticipate conflicts and plan ahead.
Act as the
first point of contact
— screening calls, messages, and visitors. Draft, edit, and send correspondence on the principal’s behalf. Represent the principal professionally in communications with executives, clients, and staff. 2 Administrative Management Prepare presentations and reports, Handle confidential documents and sensitive business or family information. Coordinate with home office 3. Travel & Logistics Book complex itineraries (multi-city business trips, private charters, hotels, visas). 4. Personal & Household Support Oversee household operations Run personal errands: gift procurement, family scheduling, medical appointments. Coordinate with the estate manager or house manager WHO YOU ARE Discretion & confidentiality Exceptional organizational & multitasking skills Tech proficiency (Google Workspace, Excel, travel platforms)
