Bilingual Customer Service Representative(s)

Responsibilities
Be the first impression of our firm — greet clients with empathy and professionalism
Handle client calls, updates, and questions in both English and Spanish
Coordinate with attorneys and case managers to move cases forward smoothly
Keep clients informed, engaged, and supported throughout their case
Accurately input data and help organize case files using our case management system
Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
Prior customer service or client-facing experience preferred
A friendly, upbeat attitude and genuine compassion for helping people
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills
Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new systems
