• Answer multi-line phone calls with professionalism and care • Greet clients with warmth, offering water, coffee, and a reassuring presence
Support Our Legal Team
• Assist attorneys and paralegals with essential tasks like scanning, copying, and organizing documents • Coordinate and schedule appointments with precision and a smile
Daily Police Department Liaison
• Make a quick daily visit to the Omaha Police Department to retrieve police reports that move cases forward
Stay on Top of Communication Channels
• Track all
incoming faxes, emails, invoices
, and
physical mail
— keeping everything logged and saved in the right client files • Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks and every document reaches the right hands
Client Interpreter & Translator
• Use your bilingual skills to support clients by interpreting in real-time and translating written communication, helping them feel seen, heard, and understood
Client Payments & Record Keeping
• Receive client payments and log them in
CASEpeer
• Promptly alert our bookkeeping and finance team
Mail & Office Flow Coordination
• Log and organize end-of-day mail • Prepare outgoing envelopes for important documents and office expenses • Keep the office extension directory up to date so communication runs smoothly
