What You’ll Do
Be the
first impression
of our firm — greet clients with empathy and professionalism
Handle
client calls, updates, and questions
in both English and Spanish
Coordinate with attorneys and case managers to move cases forward smoothly
Keep clients informed, engaged, and supported throughout their case
Accurately input data and help organize case files using our case management system
What You Bring
Bilingual fluency in
Spanish and English

Prior
customer service
or
client-facing
experience preferred
A friendly, upbeat attitude and

for helping people
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and

Responsibilities What You’ll Do to Help The Clients & Team Succeed:
Be the Warm Welcome at the Front Desk
Answer multi-line phone calls with professionalism and care
Greet clients with warmth, offering water, coffee, and a reassuring presence
Support Our Legal Team
Assist attorneys and paralegals with essential tasks like scanning, copying, and organizing documents
Coordinate and
schedule appointments
with precision and a smile
Make a quick daily visit to the Omaha Police Department to retrieve police reports that move cases forward
Stay on Top of Communication Channels
Track all
incoming faxes, emails, invoices , and
physical mail
— keeping everything logged and saved in the right client files
Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks and every document reaches the right hands
Use your
bilingual skills
to support clients by interpreting in real-time and translating written communication, helping them feel seen, heard, and understood
Client Payments & Record Keeping
Receive client payments and log them in
CASEpeer
Promptly alert our bookkeeping and finance team
Mail & Office Flow Coordination
Log and organize end-of-day mail
Prepare outgoing envelopes for important documents and office expenses
Keep the
office extension directory
up to date so communication runs smoothly
Be the Backbone of Office Efficiency
Keep track of appointments, case timelines, and critical deadlines
Manage monthly
office supply ordering
to ensure the team has everything they need to win

Bilingual Excellence:
Fluent in both
Spanish and English
