Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL for a Collision Estimator. The Collision Estimator will be responsible for inspecting and assessing vehicle damage to create detailed and accurate repair estimates, interacting with customers to explain repair processes, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring seamless communication between all parties. The role also involves working closely with the repair team to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded at every step. Qualifications
Proficiency in estimating software and understanding of repair processes Excellent customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and time management abilities Familiarity with insurance processes and automotive damage assessments Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous experience in collision estimating or a related field is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
