In-person retail position (not remote) La Byci Bike Boutique is a community-driven bike shop focused on running, cycling and style culture, and great customer experiences. We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and friendly team member to support sales, marketing, events, and daily shop operations. This is a
hands-on, in-person role
with a mix of customer-facing work and behind-the-scenes tasks. Responsibilities
Assist customers in-store and provide excellent customer service Process sales, returns, and exchanges using
Shopify / POS software Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and email Support social media posting, basic content, and customer engagement Assist with planning and running shop events, rides, and pop-ups Help manage inventory (receiving, organizing, tagging, and tracking stock) Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory updates, and organization Keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly Qualifications
Must be able to work
in person
at the shop Comfortable using
Shopify, POS systems, and basic tech tools Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, reliable, and able to multitask Retail, sales, social media, or inventory experience is a plus Interest in running, cycling, or lifestyle brands preferred Flexible schedule with weekends and afterhours events coverage Why Work at La Byci
