We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18 - $19 and are looking for a dedicated Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role entails picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, along with assisting in various warehouse functions. If you're organized, energetic, and love cycling, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities Include:
Efficiently pick and pack incoming web and warehouse orders according to guidelines.
Perform inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counting.
Assist the receiving department with the put-away of new items.
Keep your workspace clean and organized.
Collaborate on various projects and assist other departments as directed by your supervisor.
Prioritize safety by performing all duties in a safe manner and reporting any safety concerns immediately.
Minimum Requirements:
Must wear closed-toe shoes while in the warehouse.
Able to lift items weighing 25 lbs above your head without assistance.
Capable of standing for long periods.
Comfortably lift 50 lbs without assistance.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of cycling products is preferred.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Competent in managing multiple tasks independently or collaboratively.
Physical and Mental Demands:
The physical demands of this job require regular talking, hearing, and using hands for handling objects and tools. Employees are expected to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and sit for extended periods and climb ladders as necessary. Lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs is a regular duty. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The typical noise level in the work environment is moderate.
