Position Summary:
As a Marketplace Sales Manager, you will lead efforts to optimize and grow sales across various online marketplaces. You will develop and execute strategies to expand product reach, manage marketplace relationships, and ensure the brand’s presence is maximized on key platforms.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for online marketplaces (Walmart.com, Target.com, CVS.com, Vitacost.com)
Manage relationships with marketplace partners to growth market share and revenue
Ensure strong go to market by optimizing product listings and brand stores and managing promotions
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure alignment
Negotiate terms and conditions with marketplace platforms to achieve favorable outcomes
Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in e-commerce or online marketplaces
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing and Data Analysis
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
Physical Demands / Work Environment:
Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours
Walking, bending, light lifting to 50 lbs
