The Sales Optimization Manager serves as a strategic consultant and execution partner to Inmar’s sales teams. This role enables data-informed, design-forward materials to ensure client engagement, bringing strategic vision, visual storytelling, and project management to the Sales Enablement Team. The role oversees the sales proposal process, including authoring and editing client documents, contributing to strategic planning, and managing a range of specialized projects. It requires expertise in Inmar’s services, the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and fostering the integration of appropriate artificial intelligence usage to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Reporting to the Manager of Sales Enablement, this role bridges Sales, Product Marketing, and other teams to ensure efficient workflows that result in compelling deliverables aligned with Inmar’s business objectives. An understanding of Inmar’s healthcare solutions, strong design intuition, and advanced Google Slides proficiency are essential. A passion for quality execution and attention to detail are required. The ideal candidate must be adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats to coordinate tasks and timelines to achieve results while meeting deadlines and quality standards to deliver the best possible client outcomes.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and requires regular work from the Winston-Salem, NC office.

Strategic (30%)

Develop expertise in Inmar's suite of products/solutions, including competitive intelligence, while maintaining a holistic understanding of all solutions.

Lead the creation of data-driven selling stories and pitches that are client-specific, utilizing existing product marketing materials across verticals. Translate data into visually engaging messaging with charts and graphs in the client business review process.

Consult with sellers on meeting goals, client situations, and strategy; utilize product and material knowledge to curate and recommend sales materials.

Support strategic initiatives like top-to-top meetings, executive summaries, and campaigns.

Set and attain achievable, yet aggressive, goals with urgency and accountability.

Build strategic relationships with senior leadership and sales leaders to design and develop high-quality training for product knowledge, sales skills, tool competencies, and best practices in selling.

Co-create with sales, creative, and other teams to incorporate creative strategy; promote collaboration and stakeholder relationships on all projects.

Demonstrate flexibility by taking on diverse roles to support team success and organizational goals.

Project Management (30%)

Manage projects such as RFPs/RFIs, business reviews, custom presentations, and other sales deliverables with timely, accurate delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional deliverables, including timelines for sales training and onboarding support.

Facilitate meetings with clear agendas, fostering alignment and actionable outcomes.

Oversee execution of intricate proposals, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Partner with the training team to develop high-quality content that supports learning objectives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamline operations.

Manage project workflows across multiple channels and adapt to various roles as needed.

Creative & Design (20%)

Design compelling sales presentations with impactful visualizations and business insights; brainstorm client solution ideas highlighting Inmar products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solution presentations.

Customize materials for client-specific needs, including flowcharts, pricing decks, and tour presentations.

Contribute to special creative projects such as event materials and executive-level presentations with design elements.

Participate in creating and curating educational content, including instructional guides, eLearning modules, and presentation decks.

Contribute to the design of interactive learning experiences for knowledge retention and skill application.

Ensure all training materials align with organizational goals, brand standards, and industry best practices.

Leadership (10%)

Provide feedback on team deliverables and assist with training and development initiatives.

Assist with onboarding and sharing of best practices; promote continuous improvement.

Administrative (10%)

Create training documentation, needs analysis, project plans, timelines, curricula, assessments, and surveys; track results.

Utilize tools such as video editing software and collaboration platforms to produce and distribute resources.

Maintain a centralized repository of materials; gather feedback to refine content.

Write, edit, and refine business communications and client-facing documents with clarity and precision.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required

3-5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and training

Project Management experience strongly preferred

Experience with complex data visualization, visual storytelling, and insights development strongly preferred

Advanced experience with Google Suite and Google Drive

Proficiency with Google Meet, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Articulate, Monday.com, Salesforce CRM

Baseline knowledge of accessing raw-data file outputs

High-quality writing with attention to detail and data visualization
