Analyze incident data to identify patterns and recommend prevention strategies
Qualifications
Experience in theft apprehension and surveillance
Strong understanding of safety and legal protocols
Ability to wear and operate body-worn cameras
Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of business continuity planning and risk management
Previous experience in a retail security role
